Katja Kettu is a Finnish producer and writer. She grew up in Rovaniemi (Lapland) and studied indigenous literature at the University of Tampere. Furthermore, she is a graduate of the Arts Academy of Turku. Today, Katja Kettu lives and works in London, Tallinn and Helsinki. She is member of the board of the Animation Clinic, member of Vice Animation Stabilisator, and member of the culture group Kiilaan. In Helsinki, she is a well-known writer and member of the Lapland Literature Society.
