Elena Jurissevich was born 1976 in Lugano. She has a diploma in Protestant theology (Lausanne) and a bachelor of arts degree (Geneva). Her first collection of poems, "Salmi di secondo tipo", was published in 2005 by Alla Chiara fonte.
