HALMA is a nonprofit association with its domicile in Berlin. Its body consists of the Members’ Meeting and the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is composed of the President, the President’s Deputy, the Treasurer and the Treasurer’s Deputy.

 

The Members' Meeting consists of representatives of the member organizations which directly contribute to the HALMA network (see Houses).
