Swiss poet Pietro Montorfani reads from his second poetry collection "Quasi un Hopper" at the Lettrétage on Saturday, April 10th 2010 at 7.30pm.
Like the American painter Edward Hopper Pietro Montorfani creates in his poems pictures of individuals, each of them unique in their details and fragments of their life story. He looks at them from a distance and yet creates with his verse a lively image of each one of them. His poems are at the same time snap-shots of different cities and places in the United States.
